2008-2009 Fantasy Hockey League Commemorative Yearbook
******************************************************

The 2008-09 season, the 15th for the FHL, was a march of the Pen.. er.. I mean Thrashers in the
final. Like their finals players who had to lose before they won, fourth-year GM Tim Stevenson
and his Thrashers celebrated their first Duteau Cup Championship a year after losing in the final.
Congratulations to Richard Farley and his Ducks for reaching their second final in the past three
seasons and also to Tony Goudie's Canadiens for winning their first Commissioner's Trophy.
Huge thanks are given to Paul (stats), Doug (traders), Richard (auction), Daniel (web),
Steve (ASG), and Mark (email) for their dedication, time, and energy. It was a season of great
energy and enthusiasm; I hope everyone enjoyed it and recharges to reconvene in the fall. -ss
